It lives within us now, ready to be awakened whenever we choose to remember the love that lives within.

Our Journey
MONTH 1
The Father
Return to the heart of the Father.
Together we'll gently unravel the beliefs, fears, and religious conditioning that have shaped your view of God. Through Scripture, reflection, and embodied practice, you'll move past the image of God as a vengeful, punishing, and condemning Father and discover His true nature as unconditional Love itself. This month is an invitation to heal your relationship with the Masculine and rediscover the safety, belonging, provision and rest you've always longed for.
MONTH 2
The Son
Meet Jesus with fresh eyes.
Who is Jesus beyond religion, tradition, and inherited beliefs? This month is an invitation to encounter Christ as the living bridge to the Father and the embodiment of divine love. Together we'll explore His birth, His life, His true, undistorted teachings, and His invitation into intimacy with God, allowing your relationship with Christ to become deeply personal, alive, and transformative.
MONTH 3
The Holy Spirit
Become a living temple.
The journey culminates in embodiment. Rather than experiencing God as someone outside of you, you'll learn to recognize His presence dwelling within and moving through every part of your life. Through contemplative practice, somatic prayer, and daily communion, you'll cultivate a way of living where your body becomes the temple and your life becomes a living, breathing prayer of union.

Meet your Facilitators Molly & Lauren
Lauren is a somatic women's mentor passionate about helping women come home to their bodies as a pathway to deeper intimacy with God. For the past eight years, she has guided women through feminine embodiment and somatic healing, discovering along the way that the very practices that taught her to inhabit her body were preparing her to experience the living presence of God in a profoundly embodied way.
Through three breast cancer diagnoses, Lauren's relationship with the Father, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit became the source of her deepest healing, peace, and transformation. What began as a journey of embodiment became a journey of faith—revealing that God longs to be experienced not only through belief, but through the body He created.
Today, Lauren's work weaves together somatic embodiment, feminine spirituality, and an embodied approach to faith, creating spaces where women can move beyond striving, religious conditioning, and intellectual understanding into a living, transformative relationship with God. She is passionate about helping women discover that faith is not simply something to know—it is something to embody.
Molly is a somatic practitioner, energy healer, and ordained minister devoted to helping women heal the places within themselves that have kept them disconnected from their bodies, their truth, and the love of God. After years working as an emergency room nurse, Molly’s own healing path led her into the study of the body, trauma, and the deep connection between emotional, physical, and spiritual restoration.
Through her five-year walk with infertility, Molly was invited into a profound journey of uncovering repressed sexual trauma and the ways those hidden wounds had shaped her relationship with herself, her body, and her ability to fully receive God’s love. As she moved through the process of healing and integration, she discovered a deeper faith rooted not in striving or separation, but in surrender, trust, and intimacy with the God who created her.
Today, Molly’s work weaves together somatic healing, energy work, nervous system regulation, and faith, creating spaces for women to gently uncover what has been hidden, return to the wisdom of their bodies, and experience the wholeness and direct connection to God they were created for.
How EDEN Was Born
EDEN was born from a friendship, a shared journey, and a deep longing for home.
Over the past three years, Lauren and Molly have walked side by side as sisters in faith—supporting one another through seasons of spiritual seeking, asking hard questions, and responding to the quiet invitation of Jesus. Together, they've navigated the transition away from New Age teachings and practices that ultimately left them unfulfilled and searching, while also discerning what it meant to follow Christ without becoming bound by fear, shame, or religious performance. Along the way, they discovered a relationship with God rooted in love, intimacy, truth, and transformation.
As somatic practitioners, they also share a deep conviction that our bodies matter. God didn't create us as minds alone, but as whole beings with bodies, nervous systems, emotions, and spirits. They believe that faith is not simply something we think about—it's something we live, experience, and embody.
As this vision continued to grow in both of their hearts, they knew they couldn't keep it to themselves. EDEN became their shared "yes" to creating a sacred space where women can gently leave behind spiritual confusion and striving, return to the heart of the Father, encounter Jesus with fresh eyes, and experience the living presence of the Holy Spirit in a way that is deeply rooted, beautifully embodied, and profoundly life-giving.
