Can you feel it love?

That feeling.

Like a snake about to shed an old skin, you can feel that you're ready for more.

More expansion, more expression, more abundance, more freedom, more love, more life.

More of whatever it is your soul is craving.

This my love, is the call of the feminine.

& the feminine knows no limits.

She is ruthless in her craving to expand, not because she is greedy, but because she knows you are limitless potential and demands nothing less than your fullest, most embodied expression.

Many choose not to answer this call out of doubt, insecurity and fear of the unknown. We spend so much energy convincing ourselves that staying where we are is fine because acknowledging what we are truly capable of is downright overwhelming.

But to refuse this call is to say yes to a life half-lived; a mediocre life where you never get the chance to experience the pure ecstasy of your most unapologetic expression.

But if we can acknowledge the doubts, the fears & the storylines that try to keep us small and choose to say YES anyway, we gift ourselves the opportunity to see what we're really made of. We grant ourselves the chance to live the life we've always dreamt of but somehow convinced ourselves isn't possible for us.

Well it is possible, love. It's all possible.

And all you have to do is say YES to that feeling.

The time to embody the goddess within is NOW.

I invite you on a journey to do just that...

Now, feel into this:

Your whole body begins to vibrate and tingle with the possibilities of all you can be as you joyfully say YES to that little nudge in your soul letting you know there is SO much more within you to explore.

You breathe deeply. A huge sigh of relief escapes your lips as you begin to realize that you are not alone in your craving to expand in huge ways; that you've never been alone. You smile realizing you don't have to embark on this journey all by yourself.

You suddenly feel that there are so many women out there who are also craving to embody the goddess within, just waiting to meet you, hold you, listen to you and love you in sacred sisterhood on your journey back home to your magic. And they are eager for you to do the same.

Each week you are exposed to another part of yourself you've kept hidden in the shadows, another aspect of your magic just waiting to be embraced and reclaimed so that you may embody all you were meant to be.

It all feels so exhilarating, so liberating and even downright frightening to acknowledge the potential you've allowed to lie dormant within you. But you have a community of sisters to embrace all that arises for you on this journey and to gently remind you once again, that you are never alone. That you are loved, you are divine, and you are worthy of your wildest dreams.

And once again you smile. You breathe, and with another sigh of relief and a tear running down your cheek, you realize that the goddess you've always felt within is no longer a distant dream. That at last, she is right here. You are her.

Embodiment does not happen overnight. It is a gradual process of unlearning and rewiring our brains, which of course takes time and patience. That is why this container is 4 months long; so we have the opportunity to go sloooow and deep and give ample time for our inner goddesses to emerge.

As feminine beings, we are intimately connected to Mother Nature & her elements. We also flow through an infinite number of archetypes or energies all the time. Each month will be guided by a different element and archetype for us to explore so that we discover all aspects of our being.

The first month of our journey will be governed by the element of Earth, which represents the body. Together, we will unlearn old, restrictive conditioning surrounding our bodies and cultivate a new relationship to this human vessel in a way that allows the goddess lying within it to effortlessly emerge. 

Guiding us along our first month experience will be the archetype of The Maiden; a playful + curious energy who sees the whole world with fresh eyes. We will tap into The Maiden's beginner mindset as we question all we've been taught about our body and dare to open ourselves to entirely new ways of operating.

The second month of our journey will be guided by the element of water, which represents our emotions, desires, pleasure, creativity, sexuality and flow; all which we have been conditioned to unfortunately become disconnected from and numb to.

The archetype of The Seductress will guide us along our second month together as we dive deep into our sacral waters and unravel ourselves from burnout, regain our sense of ease + flow, and initiate ourselves into the quantum realm of feminine magnetism.

The third month of our journey will be guided by the element of Fire, which represents our power, our life force, and our vitality. We will be identifying how and where we are allowing our life force to leak and then exploring tools to help us unapologetically reclaim the inherent power we were born with.

In this month, our journey will be led by the archetype of the Wild Woman. She is a fierce, fearless, authentic & unapologetic force to be reckoned with who shows us what conditioning may be disempowering us. She shows us how utterly powerful we can be when we dare to step into our most authentic expression.

The fourth and last month of our journey will be governed by the element of Air, which represents our connection to the cosmos and to the subtle energies of divinity all around and within us.

Guiding us through this element is archetype of the Wise Woman; an energy that operates from a space of profound connection to her own inner realms and to the Universe. The Wise Woman reminds us that we have access to the divine, right here in our very own body, womb & heart. She tells us to tap in and spend time with ourselves, because divine guidance is always right here for us, if we are present enough to receive it. She remind us that we are the bridge between heaven & earth; both fully human and fully divine.
