Our intention for this retreat is for Costa Rica's magic to hold you as you to connect with your womb, heart & untethered feminine essence on an intimate level. To remember & reclaim the magic you hold within by slowing down to hear the wisdom of your body, the language of your soul & the whispers of the divine.
Throughout our week together, we will immerse ourselves in different workshops & ceremonies to connect to our inner magic. Below are the themes that our experiences will be guided by.

Coming home to our wombs, speaking with her, listening to her & surrendering to her wisdom is potent medicine to reconnect with our feminine essence. Together, we will be diving deep into the energy of our wombs to clear away whatever may be hindering our sacral waters from flowing freely, and therefore opening space for Shakti life force to surge through our souls.

I'm Lauren. I am a fiery, passionate and wild soul deeply devoted to endless expansion and freedom. I crave a life of depth, connection, adventure and unapologetic authenticity. I will forever be a student of the Universe. I've always seen the world for how utterly magical it is, and I believe I am here to help others realize that magic too.
As I continue along this ever unfolding and beautiful journey of self discovery, I realize the most potent medicine I can offer to the world is the medicine I most need myself. So as I continue to surrender to and learn from life's great teachings, I follow the undeniable call I feel to share my experiences & the tools I've gathered along the way to help others also liberate themselves from whatever chains keep them from their limitless greatness.
In the last three years, the greatest medicine life has served me has been my own feminine essence. As I continue to come home to this side of myself that I ignored & repressed for so long, I become more and more inspired to hold space for others to do the same.
I am a Feminine Guide & Yoga Teacher deeply passionate about empowering fellow feminine souls to remember & reclaim the magic they were inherently born with. I work with women in 1:1 mentorship containers, group programs and create my own courses that I am guided by my body and by God to offer to the world. I had an undeniable call to host a retreat and I am SO grateful to be able to make that vision a reality by holding this space with Jess.
I can't wait to laugh with you, cry with you, dance with you, learn from you, and hold space for you as you (re)discover the divinity that is inherently within you.

I'm Jess. I love to move and dance, have picnics and roll around in the grass. I am deeply in love and connected to Earth's beauty, her flowers and herbs, the sunshine and blue sky. She is my muse, my support, and divine mother.
When I think about my purpose here on Earth, it is to love and inspire. To remind myself and those around me that life is so beautiful and worth living the way you wish to live it. The path is open and all we have to do is continue to choose with the guidance of our heart's and God's voice.
I specialize in transformation and healing work with men and women. I am a Karuna Reiki Master as well as Yoga & Meditation Teacher. I just opened up Divina Reiki School and finished designing Blossom Business School.
Creating courses and mentorship programs is what lights me up. I am currently obsessed with supporting women in their creative businesses as well as in their personal life- diving into the language of the heart, the inner child, and all things relational.

Our retreat includes 8 days, 7 nights at the spacious yet intimate AHKI retreat center in Nosara, Costa Rica. When we first came across AHKI, we knew this was the space that we wanted to hold the goddesses in our retreat.
It is nestled among 5.75 acres of lush green mountains, surrounded by beautiful blue ocean waters, and is just minutes from stunning beaches, waterfalls, and so much more of Mother Nature's breathtaking beauty (which we will absolutely have the opportunity to be intimate with and enjoy!)
AHKI is not a hotel or a resort, but rather an intimate sacred space mindfully constructed according to the ancient science of Vastu Shastra, "the yoga of space", invoking peace, wellness, and harmony. A true, Vastu built dwelling helps to maximize the flow of positive, healing energy throughout. This space will give us all an incredible opportunity to go deep into our own inner realms & healing and connect in ways we rarely have the opportunity to amidst the craziness of daily life.
AHKI also shows its reverence and gratitude to Mother Nature through making sustainability a priority. Here's some of the ways they give back to Mama Nature:
• A portion of AHKí's electric consumption is generated using on-site solar panels.
• They use all-natural, biodegradable cleaning products
• They provide 100% locally produced, organic hand soap, body wash and shampoo - refillable dispensers in every bath
• They recycle 75% of AHKí's waste
• They use recycled plastic and paper products when possible
• Locally staffed
• All bedrooms are amply and naturally ventilated, without the need for A/C
• All hot water is provided via U.S. style, on-demand heaters for reliable, safe, environmentally friendly hot water.
• They composite all organic kitchen waste for future gardening
• They include native plants that provide food and shelter for the local animal population.
This $800 deposit is to secure your spot in the retreat and is non-refundable. Once leaving your deposit you will receive a welcome email from us with the dates that you owe the remaining balance *($898 due by March 8th, $898 due by April 8th)*
